Your place in the team
You will be part of a small and close-knit team with varying levels of experience. We help each other, keep things safe and ensure that the work is done properly. In addition to working hard, we also have a lot of fun. The work is varied: you will mainly focus on maintenance and testing in the workshop. Sometimes you will accompany an experienced colleague on service jobs on location. And as you grow, you will be the one to mentor a new colleague. We will soon be switching to a new digital system where you will handle work orders and instructions via a tablet. This is clear and convenient.
What you will be doing
- Performing maintenance, testing and repairs on high-pressure equipment
- Preparing and completing inspections and certifications
- Working safely and according to procedures, with a focus on quality
- Keeping accurate records of your work so that the team always has an overview
What you bring
- You have technical work experience or relevant training
- A background as a mechanic in the automotive or mechanisation industry is an advantage
- You are eager to learn and technically minded
- You have a flexible attitude and do not have a 9-to-5 mentality
- You are a team player with a down-to-earth mentality: getting things done, working safely, helping customers
- You have a driving licence B. A forklift certificate is an advantage

What we offer
- Your salary will grow with your level: from €3,075 as a Mechanic 3 to a maximum of €4,450 as a Mechanic 1. This is based on a 40-hour week. Salary scale is determined in consultation and depends on your experience.
- A fair arrangement for overtime and weekend shifts. We value commitment, even outside office hours.
- 38 days of holiday leave for full-time employment. Yes, really, almost two months off per year!
