Flanges and blocks
About the product
Flanges and blocks are essential connectors within any wellhead or pressure control system. They ensure a secure connection between components, enable valves and manifolds to be connected, and guarantee structural stability under pressure.
Deep Drill rents or sells a wide range of flanges and blocks for various drilling applications in geothermal energy, oil and gas extraction, CO₂ storage and salt extraction. Our components are available in different pressure classes, sizes and drilling patterns, and are supplied with the appropriate seals, screws and documentation.
The parts are available separately or as an integral part of a wellhead or pressure control configuration.

FAQ section.
What is the difference between a flange and a block?
A flange is a connecting plate that links two components with bolts. A block is a solid intermediate piece that absorbs pressure and allows the passage of liquids or gases, with or without internal ports.
Do you supply flanges and blocks separately or only in assemblies?
Both. You can order them separately for replacement or integration, but also as part of a composite assembly or stack.
Are these components ready for immediate use?
Yes, our flanges and blocks are fully tested and supplied with all necessary documentation. They are ready for installation.
Can I also hire flanges or blocks?
For composite pressure control setups, it is possible to rent flanges and blocks as well. Separate rental depends on availability and application.
What pressure classes are available?
We supply standard components up to 10,000 PSI. Other pressure classes are available on request.
