Elbows

About the product

Elbows are used to create a bend in a high-pressure flow line system. They change the direction of flow without compromising flow rate or pressure integrity.

Deep Drill supplies elbows in standard bend angles (45° and 90°) and in various pressure classes, wall thicknesses and connections. Our elbows are suitable for erosive and chemically stressed conditions and can be used in combination with straights, tees, hoses and unions.

Available for hire and sale, supplied with the correct coding and quality documentation.

FAQ section.

  • What is an elbow used for in a flow line system?

Elbows are used to change the direction of flow, for example from horizontal to vertical, without loss of pressure or integrity.

  • Do you supply elbows with different angles?

Yes. We supply standard 45° and 90° models, but can also supply different angles on request.

  • Are elbows available for hire and for sale?

Certainly. We offer elbows for temporary setups or as a permanent component in your installation.

  • For which applications are elbows suitable?

Elbows are used in flowback, injection, cementing and test setups, wherever pressurised fluid routing is required.

  • How are the elbows checked?

Each elbow is visually and pressure tested and delivered with accompanying quality documentation and marking.
