About the product
Back pressure and gate valves are essential shut-off valves in any wellhead configuration. They ensure safe pressure control, block unwanted flow and enable controlled access to the well, both during drilling and production.
Deep Drill supplies high-performance back pressure valves and gate valves, designed for demanding applications in, for example, geothermal energy, oil and gas extraction and salt extraction. Our valves are suitable for high pressure, aggressive media and repeated operation under load.
The products are available separately or as part of a complete wellhead assembly. Both sales and rental are possible, tailored to your project needs.

What is the difference between a back pressure valve and a gate valve?
A back pressure valve prevents backflow and maintains pressure in one direction. A gate valve opens or closes the flow completely with minimal pressure drop. Both are essential for safe pressure control.
Do you supply these valves separately or as part of a system?
Both. You can order them separately or include them in a complete wellhead assembly, including flange connections, seals and documentation.
Are the valves manually or automatically operated?
We supply manually operated models as standard, but hydraulic operation is available for remote or cyclic applications.
Can I also hire these valves?
Yes, you can hire gate or back pressure valves for temporary projects or test setups. We supply them ready for use and with full documentation.
Are the valves resistant to high temperatures?
Certainly. On request, we supply materials and seals that are resistant to thermally stressful conditions.
