At Deep Drill, we rely on the knowledge and skills of experienced mechanics and specialists. At the same time, we are open to newcomers who are taking their first steps in the profession. That is why we are a recognised training company and work together with Samenwerkingsorganisatie Beroepsonderwijs Bedrijfsleven (SBB). In this way, we are building craftsmanship for the future together.

  • How does applying for a job at Deep Drill work?

    Send your application via our form or by email. You will hear within two weeks whether you will be invited for an interview. The exact procedure is always described in the job vacancy.

  • What can I expect during my first few weeks?

    You will receive a training programme tailored to your position. You will be introduced to our workshop, colleagues and safety procedures. Experienced colleagues will guide you so that you can quickly find your place.

  • What career opportunities are there?

    Together, we will look at what you need to grow further. This could be on-the-job training, but also a course or programme. In this way, we ensure that you continue to develop your professional skills.

  • Can I also start without specific experience in drilling or pressure control?

    That depends on staffing levels and the position. We have room for starters and are a recognised training company through Samenwerkingsorganisatie Beroepsonderwijs Bedrijfsleven (SBB). You will learn the trade in practice, with guidance from experienced colleagues.

  • What is the work-life balance like at Deep Drill?

    We work hard when necessary, but we also ensure a good balance. We take working hours and private life into account in consultation with our employees. We also offer 38 days of holiday per year based on full-time employment. On average, that is two weeks more than at other companies.
