Forms on deepdrill.com
You will find forms in various places on the website. We only forward the information you enter to the department that can handle your request (e.g. Sales or Human Resources). Only employees with authorised access can view this information.
We use the information solely to follow up on your request. In addition to the information you enter, we may also store the time and page on which you filled in the form so that we can process your request properly.
Personal data we process
Deep Drill processes your personal data because you use our website and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. This includes, for example:
- First and last name
- Telephone number
- Other personal data that you actively provide (e.g. via forms)
Purpose sand basis
We process your personal data to:
- handle your request
- send our newsletter (only if you subscribe)
- contact you if necessary to properly handle your request or question
- analyse and improve the website (based on your cookie preferences).
We do this on the basis of the performance of a contract, legitimate interest and/or consent (e.g. newsletter and optional cookies). If there is a legal obligation, we also process data on that basis.
Retention periods
We do not retain personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which we collect it. We retain newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Cookie retention periods can be found in the cookie settings.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- view your data and, where necessary, have it corrected or delete\
- object to processing or have processing restricted
- withdraw your consent for specific processing (such as newsletters and optional cookies)
- in some cases, have your data transferred
