About the product
Elastomers form the sealing core of every blowout preventer. They are used as elements in Annular BOPs or packers in RAM BOPs, and provide a pressure-tight seal around the drill string, casing or open borehole.
Deep Drill supplies a wide range of BOP elastomers, elements and packers, compatible with various OEM systems. Our products are designed for applications under high pressure and extreme temperatures.
When renting a BOP, we supply a suitable set of elastomers as standard. In addition, all parts are available separately as replacement parts or extra spare parts, tailored to your BOP type and operating conditions.

When should BOP packers or elements be replaced?
Replacement is necessary in case of damage, hardening or after a specified number of shut-off cycles. Storage conditions can also affect service life.
Do you supply parts for all common BOP brands?
Yes, we supply elastomers, elements and packers for BOPs from Shaffer, Hydril, Cameron and other brands. Both original and equivalent parts are available.
Are the parts available from stock?
Common sizes are available immediately. Specific types and compound variants can be supplied on request.
Are these parts included with a rented BOP?
Yes, when renting a BOP, we supply a suitable set of elastomers as standard. Additional parts can be added as spare parts on request.
Can I also order these products separately?
Certainly. All elastomers, elements and packers are available separately for maintenance, replacement or to supplement your existing stock.
